Tangy Bbq Pork Roast (Crock Pot)

  1. Combine all ingredients except roast and buns in the slow cooker.
  2. When well mixed, add roast.
  3. Cover, Cook on high for 6-7 hours.
  4. Remove roast.
  5. Shred the meat and return it to the sauce.
  6. Mix again and then I drain the excess liquid so the meat mixture is not too runny.
  7. Serve on buns.
