Gingerbread Muffins(Low Cholesterol)

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with margarine.
  3. Combine flours, sugars, baking soda, salt and spices in a large bowl.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, oil, egg, egg white and molasses.
  6. Add flour mixture to buttermilk mixture.
  7. Do not overmix.
  8. Pour into cups of muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes.
