Spinach Ziti
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti pasta
- 1 large (30 oz.) jar pasta sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Prepare ziti according to directions on package; drain well.
- Combine ziti, pasta sauce, Ricotta cheese and 3/4 of Mozzarella cheese.
- Mix well.
- Add spinach, mushrooms and black pepper; mix well.
- Put mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and smooth top with a spoon.
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 of Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for about 10 more minutes.
