Bread Machine Argentine Cheese & Corn Bread
- Large Loaf (1 1/2 Pounds)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/3 cup corn kernel
- Add the first ten ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Process on the bread cycle.
- At the beeper (or at the end of the first kneading if your machine does not have a beeper), add the bell pepper and corn.
