Sugar Free Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins
- 2/3 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c. Splenda, granular
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3 tbsp. egg substitute, room temperature
- 1/3 c. skim milk, room temperature
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. light molasses
- 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0. Spray muffin pan cups with vegetable oil cooking spray. In medium size bowl stir together flour, oats, Splenda, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cream of tartar. Set aside.
