Green Bean Stir Fry
- 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into thin strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 pkg. green bean stir fry
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. prepared stir fry sauce
- or Homemade Mustard Sauce:
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- In a wok, stir fry chicken in the oil until fully cooked.
- Add green bean stir fry and water, cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add prepared stir fry sauce or the homemade mustard sauce:
- Dissolve bouillon in water and blend in remaining ingredients.
- After adding either sauce heat through.
- Makes 3 to 4 servings.
