Cream Of Turkey Soup

  1. Bring broth to a boil.
  2. While waiting for broth to melt, melt butter over low heat, then sift 1/2 cup flour into butter, stirring frequently (do not brown or scorch).
  3. Add onions.
  4. Cook mixture for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Slowly add 1 can of milk, stirring constantly.
  6. Cook until desired thickness.
  7. Add to chicken broth (may be lumpy so beat with a mixer).
  8. Add the Watkins mix diluted with 8 ounces of water.
  9. Add other ingredients.
  10. Cook for 30 minutes.
