Brunswick Stew
- 1 lb. chicken parts
- 1 lb. ground beef or stew meat
- 1 lb. pork or ground pork
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle catsup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped finely
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped finely
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped finely
- 3 lb. white potatoes, diced
- salt to taste
- Cook meat until tender.
- Cook
- potatoes, onions, celery and pepper
- in broth where meat was
- cooked.
- After
- removing bones from meat, mix all ingredients in a
- largetoilertnd simmer about 30 to 45 minutes, stirring often.
