Turkey Roll-Ups

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing mix, water, butter, cranberries, and corn; mix well. Place 1/4 cup of the stuffing mixture at the smaller end of each turkey slice and roll up crepe-style.
  4. Place in the baking dish seam side down, forming 2 rows of 6 rolls.
  5. Spoon the gravy over the turkey rolls, then cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until heated through.
