Artichoke Heart Appetizers

  1. Drain and save juice of 2 (6 ounce) jars artichoke hearts. Mash well and set aside.
  2. Saute onions and garlic.
  3. Add reserved artichoke juice.
  4. Add artichokes, Cheddar cheese, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and eggs.
  5. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch buttered pan.
  6. Top with mixture of bread crumbs and melted butter.
  7. Bake 34 to 40 minutes at 325u0b0.
  8. Cool at least 2 hours in refrigerator before cutting into 1-inch squares.
  9. Makes 64.
  10. Serve with fancy toothpicks.
