Stack-A-Dinner

  1. In skillet, brown meat with onion; drain off fat.
  2. Add tomato sauce, next 3 ingredients, water and salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to boiling, stirring often.
  4. Cook rice and prepare peas following package directions.
  5. On individual serving plates, layer rice, peas, meat mixture, then cheese.
  6. Trim with olives.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
