Deep Dish Taco Squares
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 sweet pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- Combine biscuit mix with water, stirring with a fork until blended.
- Press mixture in bottom of a lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 9 minutes.
- Cook ground beef, pepper and onion in a skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat.
- Drain well.
- Stir in tomato sauce.
- Spoon mixture over crust.
- Combine sour cream, cheese and mayonnaise.
- Spoon over meat.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cut into squares.
