Blueberry Muffins(16 Muffins)

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine safflower oil, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Add buttermilk, egg, oat bran, oatmeal and wheat germ; mix lightly with a wooden spoon to moisten.
  3. Stir in blueberries.
  4. Fill paper-lined muffin tins 3/4 full with batter.
  5. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out dry.
  6. Remove muffins from tins and cool on wire racks.
