Eclair Bars

  1. Boil water and butter for 1 minute.
  2. Add flour.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time with electric mixer.
  4. Pour and spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Topping:.
  8. Mix cream cheese, pudding and milk all together until smooth.
  9. Spread on cooled crust.
  10. Spread on cool whip.
  11. Chill.
  12. When serving drizzle Hershey's chocolate topping on each piece.
  13. I have also used white chocolate mousse pudding, when plating spread warmed raspberry jam on plate, top with desert then drizzle chocolate on top.
  14. Keep refrigerated.
