Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Dip meat in egg, then in flour and salt and deep fry in fat at 360u0b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine next 6 ingredients and bring to boil.
  4. Mix cornstarch and water and add to mixture to thicken.
  5. Add pineapple, green peppers, onions and pork. Cook until hot, about 4 minutes.
  6. Serves 2 or 3.
