Killer Meat Loaf
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. red pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 1/8 c. elephant garlic, diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. steak sauce
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. cooking wine
- 4 to 5 lb. chopped meat
- Mix together and shape it as a loaf of bread (oval).
- Add a pinch of garlic powder, oregano and parsley flakes to the top of loaf.
- Bake in oven at 425u0b0 for 45 minutes or until cooked.
