Three Chocolate Fudge

  1. In large saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Bring to a rapid boil.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from the heat.
  6. Stir in marshmallows until melted.
  7. Add chocolate bars and baking chocolate; stir until melted.
  8. Fold in vanilla and pecans. Mix well.
  9. Pour into greased 5x10x1 pan.
  10. Chill until firm.
  11. Cut into squares.
  12. Yields 5 1/2 pounds of very good fudge!
