Three Chocolate Fudge
- 3 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 8 to 10 oz. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 (7 oz. each) milk chocolate candy bars*
- 2 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
- In large saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Bring to a rapid boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in marshmallows until melted.
- Add chocolate bars and baking chocolate; stir until melted.
- Fold in vanilla and pecans. Mix well.
- Pour into greased 5x10x1 pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into squares.
- Yields 5 1/2 pounds of very good fudge!
