Baked Chicken With Apples

  1. Cook whole cabbage in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until outer leaves are soft enough not to break when bent.
  2. Drain and separate leaves, removing any thick stalks.
  3. Saute onion in butter for about 5 minutes; add meat and seasonings and cook additional 10 to 15 minutes until meat is lightly browned.
