German Cream Cheese Brownies

  1. Beat 2 eggs until light and fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating until thickened.
  2. Fold in baking powder, salt and flour. Blend in cooled chocolate mixture.
  3. Stir in nuts and flavoring. Measure 1 cup chocolate batter and set aside.
  4. Spread remaining chocolate batter in a 9-inch square pan.
  5. Pour cheese mixture on top.
  6. Drop reserved chocolate batter by spoonfuls on cheese mixture; swirl the mixture together just to marble.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Cool and cut.
