Crab-Stuffed Shrimp

  1. Peel shrimp, leaving tails on.
  2. Devein and butterfly.
  3. Cook shrimp in boiling water 1 minute.
  4. Drain and place in shallow baking dish.
  5. Saute onion, green pepper and celery in 1/4 cup butter in skillet.
  6. Combine crab meat and next 6 ingredients.
  7. Mix, then stir into sauteed vegetables.
  8. Top each shrimp with 3 tablespoons crab meat mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle butter over shrimp.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  11. Baste occasionally.
  12. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
