Chicken Divan
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 4 large chicken breasts
- parmesan cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- paprika
- Cook broccoli as directed. Fresh broccoli may also be used. Do not overcook. Bake chicken breasts until tender. Spread broccoli on bottom of buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of broccoli. Spread small chunks of chicken on top of broccoli. Sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese on top. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese and paprika on top. Cook for 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
