6 Layer Casserole

  1. Butter a large casserole.
  2. Cook broccoli and green onion in a small amount of water with dash of salt for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Mix soup and half and half in bowl.
  5. In casserole, layer rice, broccoli, green onions and ham.
  6. Pour soup mixture over; top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for approximately 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and light brown.
  8. Serve hot from oven with salad and rolls.
  9. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
