Buffalo Chicken Wings

  1. Cut the wings in half at the joint.
  2. Discard the tips.
  3. Place the wings in a bowl.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  5. Add the hot sauce, stirring until well blended.
  6. Pour the hot sauce over the wings.
  7. Stir thoroughly to make sure that the wings are evenly coated.
  8. Let sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
  10. Grill the wings, basting with Heinz Original #7 Jack Daniel's Grilling Sauce.
  11. Turn the wings occasionally and continue grilling until cooked through and golden brown.
  12. Serve with chipotle mayonnaise:
  13. Chipotle Mayonnaise: In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, Chipotle chiles and Adobo sauce.
  14. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
