Microwave Chicken A La King

  1. In a 2-quart casserole, combine butter and green pepper. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until green pepper is tender.
  2. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in broth and milk.
  3. Microwave on Medium-high (170u0b0) for 6 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring 2 or 3 times.
  4. Stir in chicken, peas, pimiento and sherry.
  5. Microwave on Medium-high for 6 to 7 minutes or until heated through, stirring 2 times.
  6. Serve over toast, hot cooked noodles or rice.
