Walnut Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0. Combine pumpkin, milk, egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Remove pie. Reduce oven temperature to 350u0b0. Combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle walnut mixture over pie and bake 40 minutes at 350u0b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 1 pie.
