Spaghetti Pizza
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu or Prego)
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, sliced
- Break spaghetti and cook, then drain and cool.
- Add eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and half the shredded Mozzarella cheese. Mix together in a large bowl.
- Spread on greased jelly roll pan or large baking pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400u0b0.
- Reduce heat to 350u0b0.
- Remove from oven.
- Mix browned, drained hamburger with spaghetti sauce; spread on top of spaghetti crust.
- Add pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese over all.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Cut into 3 x 3-inch squares; serves 12 to 15.
