Chicken Bread Roll

  1. Sift flour with salt.sprinkle with yeast and sugar.add water in the flour and made into soft sticky dough.knead for 5-7minutes until dough is smooth and elastic.Put into greased bowl, cover and leave to rise in warm place for 45 min or 1 hours.
  2. Boil the chicken and shedded.cut the onion,carrot,capsicum into small cubes.saut'e the onion in oil.then add carrot and fry for 5 min.add seasoning salt, tumeric powder,red chillies and mix.add boil and shredded chicken in the onion.mix well .add capsicum in it and cook for 5 min.put it aside and cool.beat the egg.
  3. Roll the dough and put the chicken mixture on one side and shape it like a bread.glaze it with egg.leave it for proving for 45 min on baking tray.
  4. Bake it at 200 C for 5-15 min take it out and glaze it and put it back.bake it for another 15-20 min.cool.
