Breakfast Potato Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Spread potatoes in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch.
  3. Top with onion, bell pepper, bacon, corn and cheese.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients, except paprika.
  5. Pour over cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Makes 6 servings with 350 calories per serving.
