Broccoli Casserole Ii

  1. Cook broccoli according to the directions; pour off excess water; set aside.
  2. In the top of double boiler, melt cheese with mushroom soup while onions and celery are being sauteed in margarine.
  3. Combine these two mixtures along with mushrooms and water chestnuts.
  4. Into a large greased casserole dish, pour broccoli; then the above mixture and top with Ritz crackers.
  5. Bake in 350u0b0 oven until brown and bubbly.
  6. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
