Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 2 envelopes taco seasoning
• 3/4 c. Bisquick
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 head lettuce, shredded
• 1 diced tomato
• 1/3 c. sliced olives

1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
2. Grease a square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
3. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet until beef browns.
4. Drain.
5. Stir in seasoning mix; spoon into plate.
6. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute.
7. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
8. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 minutes.
9. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, olives and sour cream.
10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
