Turkey Corn Chowder

  1. Saute onion in oil
  2. in
  3. large kettle until transparent. Push to one side.
  4. Add ground turkey and cook, stirring, until lightly browned.
  5. Add
  6. remaining
  7. ingredients,
  8. except
  9. canned milk.
  10. Stir well.
  11. Cover.
  12. Bring
  13. just
  14. to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
  15. or until potatoes are tender.
  16. Just before serving, remove from
  17. heat
  18. and
  19. slowly
  20. stir in canned milk.
  21. Makes 6 generous servings.
