Dutch-Style Beef And Cabbage(Crock-Pot)

  1. Trim fat off beef and cut into cubes.
  2. Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat meat with mixture.
  3. In skillet, quickly brown meat on all sides in hot oil.
  4. Drain off fat.
  5. Transfer to crock-pot.
  6. Add onions to skillet.
  7. In same skillet, combine water, vinegar and bouillon granules.
  8. Stir together, scraping browned bits from skillet.
  9. Pour into crock-pot.
  10. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve beef over cooked cabbage.
  11. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
