Chocolate Pudding Cake
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. milk
- mint pieces (optional)
- Hershey's chocolate (optional)
- Melt butter and add flour, pecans and brown sugar.
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for a 15 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
- Spread onto crust. Mix puddings, vanilla and milk.
- Spread on cake.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and drizzle with Hershey's chocolate or mint pieces.
