Chicken With Vegetables, Chinese Style

  1. Toss the first 4 ingredients in oil and saute for 5 minutes. Push chicken to one side of the pan and add the celery, pepper and onion.
  2. Stir and fry for 5 minutes and then add tomato, wine and soy sauce.
  3. Heat to simmering.
  4. Turn heat low, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Then blend cornstarch and water and stir into chicken mixture.
  6. Stir constantly until sauce bubbles.
  7. Serve at once over crisp bean sprouts, rice or noodles.
