Crock Pot Macaroni And Cheese
- 2 heaping cups of elbow macaroni
- 1 stick of margarine
- 2 1/2 c. of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. milk or 1 tall can Carnation milk and 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 large can of evaporated milk, undiluted
- salt and pepper
- cooked white rice, sticky kind
- bacon pieces, uncooked
- green onions, chopped
- small slices of carrots, uncooked
- green peppers, chopped
- egg
- mushrooms
- soy sauce
- In frying pan, cook some bacon pieces until done, add onion (green onions are good), small slices of carrot, green pepper, scrambled egg, mushrooms, and cook until done.
- Do not drain grease.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce to taste.
- You can add anything you want to fried rice, such as sausage, but the bacon makes it better.
- Also, put the carrots in first, they take longer to cook.
- Don't scramble eggs in rice.
