Salmon Burgers

  1. Flake salmon with a fork; combine with the next 5 ingredients. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons reserved liquid, stirring until mixture sticks together.
  2. Shape into 6 patties and cook over medium heat in a sprayed skillet approximately 4 minutes on each side.
