Jibby'S Breakfast Bundt Cake
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. butter extract
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. butter extract
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Then combine nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this over top of batter and marble in with knife.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
- Cool slightly on rack.
- Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, butter extract and milk and pour over cake.
- This is great for any occasion!
