Guilt Free Tomato Sauce

  1. Chop first 3 ingredients into bite size pieces.
  2. Place in large, heavy pan, sprayed with cooking spray, and saute about 5 minutes.
  3. Add wine and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients.
  5. Let simmer until flavors meld (approximately 20 minutes).
  6. A pinch or 2 of sugar may be added, if too acidic.
  7. Serve over rotini or bow tie pasta.
  8. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Serves 4.
