Carol'S Chili

  1. Brown bacon and sausage.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Brown beef and drain. Cook onion, pepper, garlic and jalapeno pepper over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in wine and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Mash tomatoes.
  7. Add tomatoes and juice and all meats to onion mixture.
  8. Heat to boiling.
  9. Reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour, covered.
  10. Stir in all beans.
  11. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  12. Serves 15.
