Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Heat oil in skillet until hot, over medium-high heat.
  2. Add peppers, onions and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  3. Remove to a bowl. Stir-fry pork until cooked through.
  4. Mix pineapple juice (minus 1/4 cup) and last 5 ingredients.
  5. Stir into skillet.
  6. Add veggies and pineapple; bring to a boil cooking 1 minute until thick. Serve over rice (4 to 6 servings).
