Strawberry Mango Cheesecake

  1. For Crust:.
  2. combine crust ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Press into the bottom of a 10 inch pie pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until crust sets.
  4. Allow to cool before adding cheesecake mixture.
  5. For Cheesecake:.
  6. With an electric mixture, beat cream
  7. cheese and corn starch until smooth.
  8. Slowly add eggs, sugar, and cream and mix
  9. until ingredients are well incorporated.
  10. Divide cheese mix evenly into 2 bowls.
  11. mix strawberry puree into one and mango
  12. puree into the other.
  13. Pour colored cheese mix into pan and bake
  14. at 300 for 1/2 an hour.
  15. Put oven to 350 then bake for another 45-.
  16. 60 minutes until mixture set.
  17. Allow to cool at room temperature.
  18. Place in refrigerator to finish cooling.
