Mushroom And Ricotta Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Prepare pizza dough-roll out on lightly floured surface and place on lightly oiled pizza pan.
  3. Toss the mushrooms with the 1 TBL of olive oil. Top pizza dough with the mushrooms, garlic and oregano.
  4. Drop dollops of ricotta, drizzle with olive oil, Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.
  5. Top with fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over basil leaves.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is done and cheese is melted.
