Regular 13 Bean Soup

  1. Place beans in the pot with hock/fatback. Add 4-5 cups water; let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Brown hamburger with onion; drain off fat and add to bean pot.
  3. Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes and Worcestershire.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Season if necessary.
  6. Pour into large casserole dish bake at 350u0b0F for one hour, topping with cheese during last 20 minutes.
