Creamy Chicken Casserole
- 4 c. cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 thawed frozen biscuits
- Saute onions in butter until onions are tender.
- Cook chicken by boiling 20 to 30 minutes.
- Once thoroughly done, chop chicken into chunks.
- Mix cooked chicken, onions, soups, milk and sour cream together.
- Place mixture in an 11 x 13 pan (baking dish) and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Take the mixture out of the oven and cover with shredded cheese.
- Place biscuits on top of the mixture.
- Return dish to the oven and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is bubbling and the biscuits are browned.
