Busy Day Baked Beans
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans pork and beans
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 16 slices bread
- ham or sausage
- 1 c. diced Colby cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 8 slices bread, crust removed
- 8 oz. (2 c.) Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced ham
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- Distribute bread crumbs in dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over bread.
- Snip smoked ham with scissors over cheese. Beat eggs lightly and add mustard and milk; stir to blend.
- Pour this mixture in casserole.
- Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or the night before. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
