Turkey Sausage, Vegetable, Pasta Ragout Casserole

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Score the sausages 1/4-inch deep 3 times on each side.
  3. Broil sausages about 4 inches from heat source until golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from broiler and cut into 1 inch lengths.
  5. Reserve.
