Coconut Butter Chicken

  1. Heat butter in sauce pan to medium.
  2. Add ginger, onion and garlic to pan.
  3. Cook until golden brown.
  4. Add chicken, turn occasionally.
  5. Cook 2 minutes.
  6. Add salt, pepper, tumeric and garam masala.
  7. Cook 5 minutes.
  8. Add chili peppers and cashews.
  9. Cook 5 minutes.
  10. Add coconut cream, stir well.
  11. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  12. Finish with cilantro, serve with rice.
