Shrimp Du Chef

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter; saute onion and garlic until tender.
  2. Add shrimp, mushrooms, beef broth and lemon juice; saute 2 minutes.
  3. Add wine and parsley.
  4. Heat through.
  5. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
  6. Remove shrimp from sauce and arrange on plates.
  7. Cook sauce 1 minute longer and pour over shrimp. Garnish with parsley.
  8. Makes 4 appetizers or 2 entree servings.
