Country Corn

  1. Cook onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, paprika, mustard, salt and milk. Heat until bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in corn and egg. Pour in a 1-quart casserole, mixing in the Cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix the bread crumbs in the 1 tablespoon margarine and place on top of corn mixture.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
