Slow Cooker Beef Stew
- 2 kg boneless beef cubes
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large onions, cubed
- 4 cups beef stock
- 6 large potatoes, cubed
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 15 ounces peas, drained
- 15 ounces corn, drained
- Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, peas, corn and celery.
- Cover, and cook on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve with fresh bread.
